Twas the night before the state powerlifting meet, and all through those parts

The only things stirring are protein shakes and protein farts

Tomorrow will be glorious! Is the theme in their head

As they project themselves suiting up in Massenomics red

Even though they get winded walking down a flight of stairs

It is neutralized by their mass, which brings forth jealous glares

To the individuals competing tomorrow, we must tip our hat

For the inevitable blood, sweat, and chalk that will end up on the mat

When donning that M the goal is elite

Anything less than golden hardware would signal defeat
