Here is a list of frequently asked questions from upstanding Massenomics customers like yourself.

My item doesn’t fit, can i return it?

If the item is unworn and has not been washed, and still in brand new condition, you will likely be able to exchange it. Email us at getbig@massenomics.com for exchange details. The shipping cost to return the item will be at your expense.

how do your shirts fit?

It depends on the shirt but most have an athletic fit… generally a little tighter in the arms and shoulders.

International Shipping?

Yes, we do offer international shipping! But please be aware that shipping times have been very slow to many international countries. We get your package in the mail as fast as we can, but after that we are at the mercy of the shipping process. There is tracking info, but a lot of times there are no updates once the package leaves the United States. This process can and has taken multiple months at times. The bright side is that the packages always seem to show up… it’s just a slow process.
