The Same 1,100 Calorie Breakfast for 10+ Years!
This is the same breakfast that I have had almost every day for the last 10+ years! The total calories are at 1,130 with 67.5g of fat, 56g of carbs, and 78g of protein. The breakfast consists of 6 whole eggs, 2 slices of turkey bacon, 1 slice of pig bacon, 1/3 cup of cheddar cheese, 2/3 cup of old fashioned oats, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, 1/2 scoop of protein powder, 1/2 cup of strawberries.
