This week's episode of the Massenomics Podcast is unlike anything we have ever done before. We were celebrating the one year anniversary of Massenomics Gym by binge drinking and over eating. While we were at it we decided to throw in a podcast with over 25 guest appearances! There are too many icons in the strength industry to even name drop on this one.
